Dr. Mark Carter, a medical internist with almost two decades of experience helping people to not only look but to feel their best. Dr. Carter grew up near Pasadena, CA and graduated from UCLA School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He has been practicing medicine in the Phoenix area. With a background in nutrition and physical fitness, along with his experience with youth outreach programs, Dr. Carter has developed a unique insight into the challenges of weight loss and obesity in today’s culture. Dr. Carter is also the founder of The Modern Body Clinic.

Dr. Carter understands the essential connection between one’s state of health and all other aspects of one’s life and has a mission to help people develop healthy, happy bodies to improve all aspects of their lives.  He has also been helping DOL patients with regenerative medicine/Reparative Therapy injections and has been having great success with patients with all kinds of health problems.

Dr. Michael McGrath

Dr. Michael McGrath has a fairly active lifestyle with interests that include hiking, rock climbing, canyoneering, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming, and exploring throughout the Southwest. He enjoys competing in numerous sports, particularly Ultimate Frisbee, Crossfit, and Spartan Race, as well as volleyball, kickball, and dodgeball. An eventual goal is to compete on American Ninja Warrior, but maybe he will just stick to amateur status on that one at this time he states. Traveling is another passion for him, especially discovering new places. Dr. McGrath has multiple pets that were rescued from difficult situations and are now thriving. He is intrigued by how our bodies work and is always eager to learn more. As a result, he has been involved in numerous orthopedic research studies, and have published 48 articles in peer-reviewed journals, as well as 3 book chapters. He also has given numerous presentations at academic conferences throughout the United States. After living in Arizona for 5 years, he continues to learn and discover more about this area, and looks forward to many more years here.

Dr. Farid Rooh is a graduate from Life Chiropractic College West in California. He has always been passionate about helping patients naturally and holistically. Over the 27 years in practice, he has helped thousands of patients with all types of health conditions such as Thyroid disorders, Autoimmunity disorders, Diabetes, Hormonal Imbalances, Gut Issues and of course patients with joint pain. He has dedicated his life to bringing the latest approaches to his patients so they can enjoy the quality of life they deserve. Dr. Rooh has lived in Arizona for over 15 years and loves to travel the world with his wife and two beautiful daughters. He enjoys doing family events from playing soccer, water skiing, snow skiing, hiking, zip lining (easy ones only of course, lol) to hanging out by the beach. Dr. Rooh is also the author of two books and loves to educate his patients about health and alternative ways to get them better without the use of medications if possible. Dr. Rooh is also the owner of Wellness 1 st Integrative Medical Center, Injury Clinics of Arizona and Federal Injury Clinics of Arizona. He has been blessed to be able to have such a great variety of fantastic staff to help such a wide variety of patient load that are seeking a better type of health care. Dr. Rooh is very personable and makes himself available to all his patients by providing his cell phone number to all his patients and allowing his patients to text or communicate with him 24 hours a day. Dr. Rooh has also presented over thousand seminars nationally on all types of health care topics and still enjoys educating people even when he is traveling around the world.
Matthew Fletcher, DPT

Matthew Fletcher, DPT has been a doctor of physical therapy for over 3 years now. He has a little girl named Evelyne and a beautiful wife named Amy. Matt enjoy spending time with his family and watching basketball with pizza. Matt served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Brazil. The school that he attended for his doctorate degree was Loma Linda University in California, where he had the opportunity to do post graduate work with a manual orthopedic residency program with Ola Grimbsy Institute. The craziest thing that Matt has ever done was to hike Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa. Matt also enjoys helping his patients get better by using all types of modalities. Matt has been keeping up with all types of new research and methods so he can help another patient reach their potential as fast as possible.
Wili Sandoval, PTA

Wili Sandoval is a Mexican Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA with almost four years of practice experience. He has grown in Mesa/ Gilbert Arizona area. He enjoys playing and watching sports, but his real favorites are basketball and soccer. He also enjoys working out, staying fit and motivating others to do the same. As a PTA, Wili gets the opportunity to change lives. His patients rave about him for his sincerity, honesty, dedication, knowledge, passion and much more. He always gives his patients 110% and he is very easy to get along with. Wili has been a great team player and is always there for his patients and we all can count on him to do a great job.
Beatriz Rosas

Beatriz is married and has a son and a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her kids playing soccer with them and doing all types of outdoor activities. She enjoys hiking, going to the beach, four wheeling in her Wrangler and working out at the gym. Beatriz also gets that satisfaction feeling when she helps patients get the proper care they need and get better. She is passionate about helping patients and a very happy and pleasant person.
Gisela Moran

Gisela has been in the medical field for over 20 years. For the last 5 years, she has been working with workers comp and personal injury patients. She focuses on helping establish their cases as well as giving them proper measures to assure the right medical treatment so they can heal adequately so they can get back to work and earn a good living. Gisela is great in regards to working with others and managing everyone to work together to get the patients get healthy again.
Gisela has been happily married for 25 years and has four kids and her life revolves around her family. She loves sports, outdoor activities such as camping, going to the lake. She also enjoys winter and snow as well. On her time off, Gisela and her family like to travel if they can and she has a great outlook on life.
